Return/Exchange Policy : 

•No Returns allowed, 

•Items can only be Exchanged-

in case of- 1. Damaged/Wrong product 

                   2. Size issue

The most important point - Parcel opening video is mandatory

For return/exchange of product - Message on whtsapp only. (OPENING VIDEO COMPULSORY)

You can raise a request on whtsapp within 2 days from the date of delivery.

In case of any geneuine reason, we will accept it.  After accepting your return request, we will contact you on whtsapp only. 

This process will take 10-12 days from the return request date.

If we sended a correct product and size but you have any issue in size or anything, you can return it but in this case,  you have to pay delivery charges.

Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable

All queries will be solved between Monday-Saturday, 10am-6pm. All pending queries will be solved on priority the next day.

Once a product is exchanged and is delivered, no further actions such as exchange or refund would be applicable on that order.
